Lucia's passion for hospitality shone through, and the room was spacious and clean, with luxurious touches like White Company amenities. Plus, its prime location means you're just a short stroll away from local eateries, like the fabulous Oasis Coffee Shop.

The parking situation is a bit cheeky, as it's all permit controlled. Finding a spot near the property can be a challenge, but for just £2 a day from Lucia, it’s a small price to pay for such a lovely stay. Everything else shines bright!

during my stay, I loved how just a short walk led me to the beautiful seafront and the stunning De La Warr Pavilion, where I enjoyed some wonderful views and local art, while the breakfast was a highlight, with fresh ingredients prepared beautifully each morning.

Had a lovely time relaxing in a spacious room with a fantastic view of the sea from the small balcony while enjoying the delicious homemade breakfast. There's also a cozy lounge area and a beautiful garden to unwind in. The only hiccup was finding parking nearby, but it's all part of the charm of staying in such a picturesque location! 😊

Breakfast in the morning was amazing, with fresh ingredients and delicious options. Really felt pampered during my stay!

The location was perfect, only a minute's walk to the beach with lovely views. Breakfast was beautifully presented, fresh and tasty. The stylish decor and immaculate rooms (room 1 was a delight! ) added to the enjoyable atmosphere.
